JC Fit Tennis was born out of a deep passion for both high-performance tennis and athlete development. Founded by James Caiati, a former nationally ranked junior player and professional athlete, the academy blends elite tennis training with a comprehensive approach to fitness, nutrition, and mental strength.

James’s journey in tennis began as a competitive junior, reaching a career-high of #35 in the nation, and later competing on the Futures circuit for two additional years. While chasing his own goals on the court, James developed a strong curiosity for the science behind performance — from biomechanics to body composition, recovery, and mindset. That curiosity evolved into a calling.

After years of working with tennis players at all levels — from rising juniors to collegiate athletes and touring professionals — James saw a gap in traditional tennis development. Technique alone wasn’t enough. Athletes needed a full-circle system that built their bodies, sharpened their minds, and refined their game.

That’s when the Caiati Fitness Tennis Program was born.

This signature program, now the foundation of JC Fit Tennis, combines James’s hands-on coaching with tailored fitness regimens, nutrition guidance, and mental conditioning — all designed to help athletes move better, feel stronger, and compete at their best.
