MAIN ACADEMY

Our program encourages all players to join our JC Fit Tennis academy by offering each student a personalized plan tailored to their tennis needs. 

Our team of tennis professionals along with James Caiati will perform an evaluation on each student's level of skill on the tennis court as well as their level of fitness. This assessment is a key component and starting point for each program, in order, to maximize results for each athlete, with a primary focus on the athlete’s general health and well-being.

This program is designed for prospective athletes at the competitive level, preparing for collegiate or professional tennis. These players are looking to improve on technique and on-court footwork, along with motivation to reach their full potential. 

In addition, to their tennis training plan, our team of professionals structures a  fitness and nutritional program to help our students maximize their time throughout practices and tournaments. This further improves their agility, flexibility, and strength. The academy program is based on ability and invitation only.

JC Fit Tennis offers a full-time program 6-days a week in both the mornings and the afternoons with James Caiati and his team of tennis professionals. Full-time fitness program and nutritional guide are also offered.

James works hands-on with his students on the tennis court, improving their speed and agility. He will also lead students through intense gym workouts to build strength, power, and flexibility on the tennis court. Additionally, mental chalk talks, video analysis of strokes, and an open phone line to James will be provided to his students.

PROGRAM INCLUDES:

The program runs 6 days a week from 3-5:30 or 6PM. (This is the schedule only during school year)

  • The full-time academy attendance is minimum 3 days, maximum 6 days.

  • Private training time. 

  • Game monitoring: data folder and videos.

  • Fitness program.

  • Player report overview of progress. (Quarterly)

  • Video assessment of all strokes.

  • Summer program (morning extension): 3 mornings.

  • Nutritional guide.

  • Injury prevention workouts.

  • College recruiting.
