WOMEN’S PROGRAM
The complete itinerary for our program includes from warm ups, fitness, technical, doubles strategy, match play, as well as crucial factors like footwork, movement, and recovery position. After a couple of sessions with our JC Fit Tennis professionals, participants will notice changes and visible outcomes in all aspects of your game.

LEARN AND IMPROVE
Our mission is to progressively teach the basic biomechanics of the stroke production. Whether, you are a beginner, intermediate, or advanced player. We will successfully stimulate the thought process for the next level.

INTERACT WITH OTHER PLAYERS
We encourage all women to have fun and engage with one another. Our team provides a unique experiance for each individual to have the potential to step out of their comfort zone.

GET FIT
James Caiati integrates a fun, instructional, and educational work out at the end of each lesson. Our women are also encouraged to go at their own pace, as we have different levels within our program.
Tennis strengthens your upper and lower body as well as helping to maintain a healthy weight.
It promotes a healthy heart and lungs as you age.
Improved memory cognition and mental health, this includes socializing with your new peers on the tennis court.
Prevents bone depreciation, osteoporosis, and bone fractures.

PROGRAM INFORMATION
JC Fit Tennis Academy welcomes all player levels including Beginners, Intermediate, or Advanced Players.
Once you arrive at the facility you will be greeted by one of our staff members who will guide you and assign you to your designed court.
James and his staff worked really hard to plan for the lesson prior and arrange a group setting of 2 - 6 women on each court.
The clinic lesson is 1.5 hours which includes a warm-up, fitness, serve, volley, double and individual strategy, match play, and much more!
All of the levels are separated, however, courts 1 & 2, along with courts 3 & 4 are put together at times.
Our team also provides you with an Individual progress report every 6 to 8 weeks:
Progression notes and coach observations.
Video analysis.
Stroke development & refinement for both basic & advanced skills.
No matter your level, our programs are designed to enhance your game. Your clinic will be guided by former ATP, WTA, Davis Cup, and top collegiate players, all of whom have professional experience they will:
Guide you through the session segments.
Teach you the use of spin on the ball.
Incorporate tactical drills.
Place you in competitive situations, (Doubles Play).
Our goal is to help you gain confidence in your shot-making through drills and point play with the help of our experienced coaches.
Our group fitness prior to or at the end of the session, includes upper and lower body exercises with a cardio base. These workouts will help you on and off the court, providing you with the necessary tools to maintain a healthy and youthful body.
