PROGRAM GUIDELINES *

ATTENDANCE POLICY: Due to program limited availability and demand, we will NOT be able to arrange make ups for missed sessions , last minute no shows or another commitment for monthly cycle players as every spot is reserved on a weekly basis for each player and cannot be filled with another participant. If you would like to switch a session, please email us a week in advance and we will attempt to accommodate you, however, we cannot guarantee this due to the organization of the levels of the court prior to the week in session.  If you will not be attending the session please inform us via email, so we can rearrange court assignment for the staff, courts, and other participants in the program.  If you are enrolled monthly and you are unable to attend the program the following month, please notify us via email and we will freeze cycle until you return at no extra charge. RAIN POLICY: In the event that we need to cancel a session due weather conditions, we will try to reach customers as quickly as possible by phone, text, or email 1 hour to 30 minutes before scheduled session. Unless notified about cancellation please proceed to the courts.  If session is partially suspended due to rain forecast, we will not be able to honor a class exchange since the program was already running. Our team makes all effort to dry courts and proceed with classes, but our priority is to ensure a safe experience on the court. If you could please be understanding and patient, with regards to weather in our area as it is very unpredictable.
